Assignment Overview Specialty: Pediatric HospitalistStart Date: August 1, 2026Duration: 1 yearShift Schedule: Day: 7A-7PNight: 7P-7A (Tele-hospitalist handles most admissions; locum provider on call for ICU and any admissions requiring onsite presence) Shifts per Month: 10-15Setting: Inpatient, 24-hour hospitalist coverage Clinical Responsibilities Admit patients from the ER Cover all patients admitted to hospitalist services, including med/surg and ICU Provide rounds and ongoing care for admitted patientsConsult for OB patients as neededCoverage of admissions and patient care varies depending on hospital need Facility & Support EMR: MeditechSupport Staff: FNP provider Monday-Friday, 8A-5P Licensure & Certification Requirements Board Certification: Board Certified highly preferred; Board Eligible requiredState License: North Dakota license requiredOther Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA required Ideal Candidate Experienced pediatric hospitalist comfortable with med/surg, ICU, and ER admissions Able to manage both day and night shifts with independent coverage responsibilitiesTeam-oriented, collaborating with FNPs and consulting as neededFlexible provider ready for full-time, year-long locum assignment Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
