This is a leadership-focused role for an experienced professional who can manage teams, oversee client relationships, and drive high-quality service delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should act as a leader of leaders, ensuring consistency, accountability, andperformance across teams within the hospital system. Serving as the primary account leader supporting a major hospital system, the Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients and building and maintaining strong relationships.Responsibilities include managing accounts, overseeing client projects from start to finish, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
