The Care Coordinator position at MultiCare will allow you to engage with patient customers while working closely with your clinical team to provide excellent customer service and patient care. You will be an integral part of the team working under the direction of a licensed health care practitioner.Responsibilities:You will perform indirect patient care in assisting medical and clerical staff with patient care and follow up.You will utilize your knowledge towards the integration of available standards, resources, and dataYou will assist with office duties as needed, applying your discretion, good judgment, and diplomacy towards the excellent office and patient care managementPartner by implementing your service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacitiesYou will effectively prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to your work dutiesRequirements:Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)Minimum two (2) years in a health care experienceMinimum two (2) years experience with EMRPay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.51 - $28.08 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
