Who We Are:The Met Christian Academy is a private Christian school located in Northwest Houston at The MET Church. At TMCA, we partner with families to provide exceptional education devoted to Christian discipleship. Our early childhood program, Lamb School, offers classes for ages 6 months through Pre-K fours. The ideal candidate has a heart for children and a desire to serve in a faith-based environment. This position involves supervising and engaging students after school hours in a safe, nurturing, and structured setting.Key Responsibilities:Supervise children (infants - 4th grade) during after-school hoursPlan and lead age-appropriate activities (crafts, games)Ensure the safety and well-being of all studentsCommunicate with parents and school staff as neededMaintain a clean and organized environmentUphold and model Christian values in all interactionsQualifications:Experience working with children (volunteer or paid) requiredA personal commitment to Christian faith and valuesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamMust have a high school diploma or equivalentCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass a background testHours:
