Under the direction of the Manager, Inventory Control, this position will assist in keeping an accurate inventory of products, ensuring the system inventory in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) matches the physical inventory stored at the facility. This requires individuals to work in a warehouse environment and to utilize various inventory control systemsWhat You’ll DoWorking with team lead to print and setup daily cycle counts activitiesEnsure physical counts match systemic inventory by performing systemic transactions.Able to help resolve discrepancies at location and pallet levelUpdate WMS to match physical through various methods as guided.Research and document root cause of discrepancies and issuesAudit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentationAudit empty locations, both physically and systematicallyAccurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applicationsUpdate Inventory KPI reports dailyOT/weekend work, depending on business needs.Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor.Participates in Quarterly Cycle Counting process as required.What You’ll NeedAbility to follow work procedures and safety rulesAbility to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.Must have knowledge of computers and ability to learn WMS and various internal applicationsMS Word, Excel, Outlook/E-mailBasic WMS (Warehouse Management System) knowledge, CIMS and AS400 knowledge is a plusMust use handheld computers / scannersOperate various material handling equipment, occasionally moving product in warehouseHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience required1-2 years lead warehouse or related work experience requiredRead, write, understand and speak English fluently; bi-lingual Spanish language skills preferred.Must have basic math, computer and data entry skillsAbility to lead others to complete work requirementsSolid command of English, both written and verbal Must be a Team Player Respect - extending dignity and respect to all people Integrity - fostering trust and a positive work environment Regular, predictable, consistent attendance record is an essential function of the jobHybrid Apparel is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
