Technical Account Manager

DenaliTEK is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who takes ownership of client technology environments and ensures they remain secure, stable, and continuously improving.Working on the proactive side of our technical team, the TAM serves as the primary client-facing contact, partnering directly with customer decision-makers and owning the overall technology relationship. You will act as the technical steward for assigned clients—guiding strategy, aligning systems with best practices, and driving long-term success.This role is focused on proactive management and strategy rather than reactive ticket-based support.Additionally, this role requires you to be local and capable of daily onsite visits to assigned client locations.
