Reliable technology that keeps organizations running.IT Management Corporation ( ) is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to coordinate and execute critical operational functions that support our engineering, sales, and customer delivery teams. This role is responsible for managing procurement, vendor coordination, inventory logistics, office operations, facilities support, service vehicle coordination, and operational invoicing readiness. Unlike a purely supervisory position, this role requires a high level of operational ownership and involvement. The Operations Manager must maintain real-time awareness of operational activities and be comfortable stepping in to resolve issues, coordinate vendors, and personally drive operational execution when necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, operationally curious, and comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage procurement operations including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking • Maintain relationships with technology vendors and distributors • Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment between quotes, orders, and vendor costs • Oversee inventory management, warehouse coordination, and shipping/receiving processes • Coordinate operational workflows between sales, engineering, finance, and vendors • Support office operations and facility management including vendor coordination and maintenance • Maintain awareness of company service vehicle logistics and maintenance schedules • Improve operational processes and implement procedures that increase efficiency and accuracy • Provide operational visibility and communicate order status and supply risks to internal teams • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management • Experience in technology, telecom, IT services, or system integration environments preferred • Strong experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing processes • Familiarity with inventory management and operational workflows • Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills • Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus Success in This Role Projects delivered on time and on budgetHigh customer satisfaction and strong post-deployment relationshipsImproved operational visibility and consistencyEffective collaboration across engineering, sales, and leadershipScalable and repeatable delivery practices All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. xkddfxh PandoLogic.
