Coverage Needed: 8-22 to 8-26 9-19- to 9-23 9-29 to 10-3 10-24 to 10 2 to 11-8 Monday thru Friday Assignment (8am-5pm CST) Clinical Information: 100% inpatient 40 clinical hours/week 100% Adult Psychiatry (covers new admits to adult/adolescent inpatient if Child Psychiatrist off during weekend coverage) May need to see patients in the ED for stays above 24hours/ Could do consults for medical floor. 4 call days/month Weekend call is 1:8 (Rounds on inpatient units and sees new admits and Medicare/Medicaid only) Weekday call 1:5/1:4 (call is 8a-530p) No regular call, only call on the 5th weekend in the month (rounding on new inpatient adult only) Telemedicine weeknight 5p t0 8a and Fri 5p to Mon 8A EPIC EMR Department of 7 physicians + 2 APN treats all disorders Support staff includes LCSW, Occupational Therapists, Utilization Review Nurse, and Bachelor degreed Psych. technicians. Patient Volume: Adult unit 15-30 per day/ Adol 9-20 per day Required: Must have IN license Board certification required CV must be in Month / Year format Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
