Maintenance Tech (Experience required)

The Groves Rehab and Healthcare Center - Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent2 plus years of experience (prior property maintenance experience is preferred)Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for 8 hours a day, and climb laddersMust be able to create and maintain a safe work environmentHVAC, Mechanical, and/or Plumbing experience a plus but not requiredJob Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:Complete work orders promptly and effectively.Assist with grounds work as needed.Assist with apartment turnovers, to include repair work, grab bar additions, toilet change outs, carpet and pad removal, and other pertinent changes.Hang pictures, change light bulbs, replace filters, small carpentry work and plumbing repairs.Perform routine PM on equipment as assigned by Maintenance Director.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision InsuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysOn callWeekend availability
