Electrical Engineer – Product Design & R&D Focus Pay Rate: $95K Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm (hybrid over time) Assignment Length: Direct-Hire Our client in Sanford is actively hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. Typical daily duties: Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products Analyze electrical issues and provide solutions across R&D, Manufacturing, and Technical Support Prepare and maintain product documentation, ECRs, and ECNs for product improvements Provide expertise in electrical testing procedures and support third-party testing organizations Research, qualify, and implement replacement components for obsolete or unavailable parts What we’re looking for: BSEE required with 5+ years of electrical engineering experience Hands-on wiring, assembly, and board-level design experience Higher-level programming experience and equipment design background Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and perform occasional lifting (30–40 lbs.)
