You will operate and repair a variety of machines and mechanical instruments.Responsibilities:Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instrumentsModify parts and materials to improve overall productionTest completed equipment to detect and remove defectsPerform routine maintenance on machineryCalculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instrumentsQualifications:Previous experience in Programming and Running one or more of the following:CNC MillCNC Boring MillCNC LatheFamiliarity machine tools and equipmentStrong analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detailCompany DescriptionMCTD is more than a Machine Shop. Beside machining, MCTD, Inc. has a Controls Division and also, designs and builds custom machines, fixtures and gages. We also do the same from customer supplied prints.
