The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective infection prevention and control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain infection prevention and control policies and proceduresConduct surveillance for infection control and monitor and analyze incidence ratesInvestigate and identify potential sources of infections and develop corrective actionsDevelop and implement infection control education programs for staffCollaborate with other departments to implement effective infection prevention strategiesMaintain accurate and detailed records of infection control activitiesParticipate in hospital-wide committees and quality improvement initiativesRequirements:Nurse (RN/ LPN) license with current certificationMinimum 0 years of experience in infection prevention or a related fieldStrong knowledge of infection prevention and control principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWorking Conditions:Full-time position with regular hours and occasional on-call dutiesMust be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptionsOccasional lifting, bending, and standing requiredHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced Infection Preventionist Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today!
