This role is highly visible and plays a key part in transforming how internal teams and customers access and leverage knowledge.You will partner closely with Service Delivery, Support, Engineering, and Leadership teams to build scalable knowledge frameworks and drive strong adoption of Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies.Hybrid Schedule Mon & Fri: Remote Tue–Thu: OnsiteRaleigh, NCLocal candidates only (no remote states, no relocation).What You'll DoDesign and implement ITIL-aligned Knowledge Management frameworks within ServiceNowDefine governance, taxonomy, and full lifecycle management for knowledge articlesCollaborate with operational teams to capture, structure, and maintain content qualityLead organization-wide KCS adoption and coachingConfigure and optimize ServiceNow Knowledge modules (workflows, templates, ACLs)Analyze usage and search trends to improve findability and effectivenessSupport self-service and customer-facing knowledge initiativesDeliver training on knowledge management best practicesTop Skills We're Looking For? 5+ years in Knowledge Management, ITSM, or Service Operations? Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Knowledge Management? Solid understanding of ITIL and KCS frameworks? Experience in managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise IT? Ability to influence and drive adoption across multiple teams? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Qualifications? ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–Knowledge Management)? Experience with customer-facing knowledge bases or portals?
