Job Description Electronic TechnicianLocation: Mason, Ohio 45040Pay: $22-25/hr based on experienceAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair industrial automation and electronic equipment.This is a hands-on, bench-level role working with CNC systems, drives, PLCs, and circuit boards to restore performance and reliability.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipmentPerform component-level diagnostics (PCB + part replacement)Disassemble, repair, and reassemble unitsCalibrate and test equipment to ensure proper functionUse tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipmentDocument repairs, parts used, and test resultsFollow quality, safety, and repair standardsPartner with service and customer support teamsWhat You BringAssociate's degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with electronic troubleshooting & repairAbility to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentsFamiliarity with test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.)Strong problem-solving and attention to detailTeam-oriented with solid communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with industrial automation equipmentSoldering / electronic rework skillsBackground repairing PCBs, drives, or control systems preferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
