Please refer to the Blain’s Farm & Fleet position description for accurate pay range information.Job DutiesThe Store Pricing & Signage Specialist executes within the position by delivering excellent customer service and help with ensuring the store has accurate signage and pricing, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, memorable, pleasant shopping experience.The ideal schedule for this position is Monday – Friday with the occasional need to work a night or weekend and potentially support company grand opening events.This Can Include, But Is Not Limited ToReceive and print store signage requests for the departmentsScan products for accuracy per daily inspection scheduleRespond to Cashier requests for price checks or UPC issuesPerform all Department Price ChangesPrep, Set and take down all Department AdsCommunicate with team members, store management and Blain's Pricing and Signing SpecialistHelp in other departments as assignedDemonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and proceduresQualificationsGreat communication skillsPrior Retail experience preferredAble to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekendAble to pass a background checkEEO StatementBlain Supply, Inc and Blain’s Farm and Fleet (collectively “Blain’s”) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
