Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Tallahassee, FL. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. Daily tasks include preparing patients for surgical procedures, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining detailed documentation. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort is a critical aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, monitoring, and interventionProficiency in medication administration, IV insertion, and wound careExperience with pre-operative and post-operative patient careKnowledge of infection control practices and safety protocolsEffective communication and patient education capabilitiesTeam collaboration and the ability to work in fast-paced medical environmentsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FloridaCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferredExperience in an outpatient surgery center or hospital setting is a plus
