Not-for-profit health care provider is seeking two BE/BC Urologists to join their well-established group in southern Oregon. Details: Join a team of five Urologists, six Advanced Practice Providers and excellent support staff Group serves over 600,000 residents across nine counties in southern Oregon and northern California Year one and two: Higher of $/wRVU compensation plan or guarantee of $540k Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 10% Participate in call rotation at $1,350 per shift $50k signing bonus Up to $15,000 relocation assistance $7k annual CME allowance Tuition reimbursement Student loan repayment assistance Earned time off 30 days per year Excellent medical, dental and vision plans Retirement plan match of up to 6% after one year and 1,000 hours of service Health savings, reimbursement and flexible spending accounts The Community: We are located in picturesque Southern Oregon, known for its temperate climate with an average of 196 sunny days per year!
