Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Contract (6+ Months, Remote)We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support a dynamic FP&A team .This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:Lead headcount planning and tracking, partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadersSupport month-end close and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and P&L reviewsDeliver actionable insights through run-rate analysis and forward-looking financial modelingBuild and enhance reporting to improve visibility into workforce trends, costs, and performance driversCollaborate with stakeholders to develop annual plans, budgets, and forecastsCommunicate financial results and recommendations clearly to non-finance audiencesDrive process improvements, with a focus on automation, scalability, and data integrityQualifications & Tools:Strong FP&A experience with a focus on headcount and expense managementProficiency in NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and advanced Excel is required; Power BI a plusAnalytical mindset with an interest in leveraging automation and AI to enhance financial processes
