Summary of Primary Functions: Provide support services by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees must follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and produce high-quality products. Calculating Industrial Engineering standards. Create shop orders in the ERP system. Assign Material and labor to each shop order. Answers phones, redirects calls and takes messages. Commits pours from the scheduling system to create shop orders in the ERP system. Read shop cards and enter them into IE Masters to calculate standards. Communicates labor recording discrepancies with the appropriate party. Checks shop cards for discrepancies and obtains clarification from engineering. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Closing and selling orders. Consult with IE on the manufacturing process to read IE Masters correctly. Month-end procedures as specified by accounting. Job Specifications or Qualifications Education: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Experience: Less than 1 year of prior or related experience is required.
