The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. (D.O.E.) Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Work Environment Relaxed atmosphere On the job training Casual work attire Responsibilities and Duties Assist with data entry and reviewing monthly progress notes of Consumers Check-in and perform field visits with Consumers as needed on assignment Create and update all records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Sort, fax, scan and file pertinent documents Assist secretary with sorting and collating resumes Retrieve documents and files when requested Create, edit and update spreadsheets to monitor Consumers and staff documents Maintain the staff file checklist Provide excellent customer service (includes greeting consumers and staff upon arrival) Perform receptionist duties by answering phones and taking messages Maintain a trusting relationship with consumers, staff members, and colleagues Respond to requests, or issues and resolve office related malfunctions Monitor the office supply inventory and handle shortages Schedule appointments (e.g. Medical, Mental) for consumers when applicable Light accounting duties Remain compliant with HIPPA regulations /HCBS final rule Perform other related duties as assigned Benefits: 401(k) Live Scan Reimbursement CPR & First Aid Reimbursement $200 Employee Referral Program after 90 days of hire. Paid Orientation Schedule: 8 Hour shift Day Shift Monday – Friday (9:00AM to 5:30PM) Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred Licenses/Certification: Live Scan (required) CPR and First-Aid certification (required) Must be able to pass a background check Legally authorized to work in the United States of America Clearance from a doctor (Physical Exam) and a T.B. shot Driver’s License (required) {The applicant must have a car with valid Insurance and Registration} Covid Vaccination Record card Qualifications and Skills Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
