Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, lockout services. Ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Use GPS and mapping applications to locate customers quickly. Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in automotive repair, towing, or roadside assistance preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks. Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools.
