Location USA New York 10001 Working Location Category Hybrid About The Role We’re looking for a People Partner who will take ownership of day‑to‑day people operations across our North America region. As the first point of contact for colleagues and managers, you’ll ensure that core people processes are delivered with accuracy, care, and consistency. Your work will directly support our purpose — everyday excellence, outstanding experiences, and everlasting impact — by shaping the moments that define the colleague experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in the operational heart of HR, bringing a commitment to excellence and exceptional service in colleague interactions. The role is office‑based 2–3 days per week with an 8 a.m. start time. Responsibilities Payroll processing and accuracy. Benefits administration, including administering 401k and auto‑enrolment. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment and onboarding. Manage contracts, policy queries, and compliance documentation. Ensure people systems (ADP and Sage) are used effectively. Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and internal standards. Provide guidance on performance, conduct, investigations, and policy interpretation. Use people data to identify trends and support decision‑making, including absence, attrition, exit themes, engagement, and inclusion. Maintain colleague records and ensure data integrity. Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and team connection. Lead the people workstream for new client mobilisations, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communications, and a strong onboarding experience that delights clients and colleagues alike. Work closely with global colleagues to deliver groupwide programmes across reward, inclusion, wellbeing, learning, and policy. Ensure regional insights inform global work and that global initiatives land effectively in the region, contributing to everlasting impact. Compensation The salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000 per annum. About You The ideal candidate should have experience gained in People Operations and People partnering within a fast‑paced, multi‑site, matrixed or regional organisation, specifically across North America with a global cultural awareness. You bring the mindset and drive to truly make this role your own. Qualifications Strong experience in People operations or People partnering within North America. Confidence managing payroll, benefits, and core people processes end‑to‑end. Experience working with ADP. Solid understanding of regional employment legislation and case management. Demonstrated confidence and resilience to work in a standalone capacity. The ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear, actionable reporting. A practical, solutions‑focused approach with excellent attention to detail. The ability to build trusted relationships and provide grounded, dependable support to managers and colleagues. Comfort working autonomously while staying connected to a global People team.
