Bilingual Housekeeping Coordinator
-- $500 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available! --We're hiring a Bilingual Housekeeping Coordinator who will assist in managing daily activities, including preparing/distributing assignments, dispatching/following up with requests, and documenting/resolving discrepancies for a hotel property in Downtown Nashville.The Coordinator must act as the liaison for the property, monitor statistics, and complete required documentation when needed in partnership with the property to ensure productivity, quality, and achieve goals in a timely manner.Work Schedule: will work weekends, days off will be rotative depending on business needsResponsibilitiesOversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all team members are trained, compliant, and consistently following property standards and procedures.Monitor productivity and quality, conducting regular inspections across rooms, public areas, and laundry to maintain high service standards.Support staffing efforts by partnering with HotelPro leadership and property management to assess needs, interview candidates, and ensure strong team fit.Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety practices and conducting routine safety checks.Collaborate closely with onsite property leadership to address operational needs, adjust staffing levels, and resolve challenges in real time.Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, addressing guest and team concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and quality.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to support team development and accountability.Foster a positive team culture through engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.Maintain accurate documentation, including inspections, coaching records, and key communications with property leadership.Offer hands-on support across operational areas as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.What You'll BringBilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!1+ year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector - a must!Knowledge of Property Operating System - a must!Schedule flexibility to work hotel rotative schedulesAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagePrevious experience working independently and making informed decisionsExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle conversations with guests, team members and hotel leaders professionallyWho We AreHotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. We're proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companies—driven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
