About the Role
Do you enjoy digging into data? Are you energized by content creation? Giftogram’s marketing team is seeking an early-career Digital Marketing Manager.
The Digital Marketing Manager will help develop, implement, and manage Giftogram’s digital marketing projects across multiple channels. This role requires a critical thinker with hands-on experience in Google Ads, data organization, email campaigns, content creation, and general marketing operations. You will be instrumental in building lead target lists, optimizing our social media presence, creating and managing blog content, and implementing campaigns through HubSpot.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI
Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns
Set up, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including building out emails to announce new features, nurture leads, and drive conversions
Develop and maintain targeted lead lists through data mining and analysis to ensure marketing efforts reach the ideal audience
Build and maintain social media profiles, create engaging content, and monitor performance across all platforms
Write and leverage AI tools to manage the production of blog articles, landing pages, and other marketing collateral and content.
Collaborate with writers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging
Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and reporting to drive efficiency and track performance
Implement and update marketing content on the website, ensuring a seamless user experience
Monitor marketing operations to ensure all processes are efficient and effective, from campaign execution to reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment on all marketing initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, email marketing, content creation, and data analysis
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong writing skills with experience creating content for various channels, including blogs, landing pages, and social media
Experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, preferably Google Ads
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Knowledge of web design, AI tools, and development principles is a plus
What We Offer
Base Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 + discretionary annual performance bonus
