As a one-stop shop for all low-voltage needs, OSM is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for Field Sales Professionals at Open Systems Metro. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will also collaborate with the OSM team to develop sales strategies, prepare sales presentations, and negotiate contracts. While the role is primarily located in Rocky Hill, CT, some remote work is allowed.QualificationsExisting knowledge of low-voltage systems & solutions and the electrical industry is REQUIREDProven experience in field sales, business development and account managementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and target-drivenProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredAn existing network of Customers, Electrical contractors, A&E firms and Consultants is highly preferred.
