Overview Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our newly developed Family Medicine team at our Baring Trace Clinic location in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Join an expanding practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers Clinic hours are Monday‐Friday 8 am‐6 pm Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Carle Health is a not‐for‐profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility Education Requirements Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public‐school districts. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $56.37–$73.29per hour. This represents a good‐faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
