Electro-Mechanical/Cable Assembler
Electro-Mechanical Assembler/TechnicianResponsibilities:
Produce equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies as per OMS, and workmanship standards.
Produce cable and harness as per wiring diagram.
Perform testing of assemblies per test procedure.
Duties:
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (OMS) specifications, workmanship standards and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
High school diploma + Min 3 years (CM) Manufacturing Experience PCB Assembly.
Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Power Tools experience will be plus. (CM) Contract Manufacturing.
Pay Range: $20-$25
