A company is looking for a Staff Attorney with substantial litigation experience and a strong emphasis on legal writing. Key Responsibilities Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery Collaborate with partners and associates to develop written legal arguments and case strategy Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda to support litigation efforts Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school At least three years of litigation experience focused on legal drafting and writing Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar Experience drafting complex litigation documents across multiple jurisdictions Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures
