This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general labor.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)Install and maintain irrigation systemsPlant trees, shrubs, and flowersLay sod, gravel, pavers, and other landscape materialsPerform seasonal cleanups and debris removalOperate landscaping equipment safely and efficientlyFollow job site plans and supervisor instructionsEnsure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfactionQualificationsPrevious landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferredAbility to work in extreme weather conditions (heat)Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periodsReliable transportation to job sitesValid driver’s licenseStrong work ethic and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills (Not Required)Irrigation repair and installationExperience with hardscape (pavers, retaining walls)Tree trimming and pruning (on ground only)Basic knowledge of desert landscaping (xeriscaping)What We OfferCompetitive hourly paySupportive team environmentConsistent, year-round work
