Lead client conversations and support sales teams and client partners in solutioning for large deals and in key accountsProvide strategic consulting for clients in making architectural decisions as well as a solutioning approach to their problemsCollaborate with product and platform partners to build integrated solutions. Enable growth and impact across solution areasFormulate and lead the development of new data-and-analytics offerings (solutions + services) for Healthcare HMT– including revenue responsibility for these offeringsBuild offerings for key areas of opportunity in HMT organizations like cost management, member experience, provider management and value-based care. As well as various technical capabilities including cloud adoption, analytics enablement and inter-operabilityCollaborate closely with AI, Analytics and Inter-operability practice experts – to give our HMT clients and integrated Data and Analytics experience Market Innovation & Growth Co-create and enable focus GTM areas - along with market sales teamsDrive as well as contribute to marketing activities (webinars, publications, research papers) and channels to establish CitiusTech as a thought leader in Healthcare innovationStrengthen sales enablement capabilities (response to RFPs, proposals etc.) through re-usable assets, POCs and frameworksOwn revenue and growth of the practiceStrategic Consulting Engage customers as a thought leader by building and leading an elite pool of architects and specialistsLead select high impact consulting and advisory engagements – in pursuit of growth and innovation for the practiceBe billed at least 80% thru the year, thru these strategic opportunities Cultural LeadershipLead by example thru CT values (referred to as P.R.O.U.D.)Be entrepreneurial and challenge status quo – and yet bring lasting change from withinExperienceUndergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, statistics, math, a related field or comparable experience and education preferred. Graduate studies in business, statistics, math, computer science or a related field are a plus.Minimum 12 years of diversified expertise in building, managing, and mentoring global teams in data and cloud servicesMinimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare HMT ecosystem Expertise and depth in data acquisition, data wrangling, and data visualization, as well as the ability to work with client-side leaders to understand data problemsExpertise with cloud solutions such as cloud adoption and migration, cloud-based data lakes, modern data warehouse, and data modelling. Experience in Snowflake and Databricks as plus Experience building data solutions in Healthcare HMT organisationsDeep understanding of HMT data including claims, provider network management, care management, quality and member experience. Experience in analytics / applications for one or more areas like population health analytics, value-based care, medical cost analytics, member analytics, quality analytics, claims analytics, and risk managementAbility to create and win large opportunities leading from the front. Familiarity with commercial models and deal structuring in technology servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As well be a consultative leader for our clientsLocations: Prefer a city that is an airlines hub to enable easy travel at short noticeTravel: Able to travel 10 days a month to meet clients and partners, as needed
