Salesforce Technical Lead**Must be able to work hybrid schedule onsite in Charlotte, NC**OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leading small development teams, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.Technical Leads work closely with product teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that support key business units. Each Tech Lead will oversee a small team of developers and guide the technical direction of Salesforce development efforts.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who is comfortable working in an environment where requirements may evolve and solutions must be designed collaboratively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 2–4 Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and code review.Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.Break down high-level requirements into actionable development tasks and technical documentation.Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, workflows, OmniScripts, and other platform capabilities.Ensure code quality and adherence to security, architecture, and development standards.Review developer output and ensure solutions follow best practices for Salesforce development.Provide technical leadership in evaluating new ideas, solution feasibility, and implementation strategies.Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.Support Salesforce initiatives involving platform modernization, transformation, or migrations from legacy systems.Required Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise.Proven experience leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.Strong Salesforce development experience including:ApexLightning Components / Lightning Web ComponentsWorkflow automationOmniScriptsExperience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security standards.Experience translating business requirements into technical designs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (required/preferred).Salesforce Architecture certifications are highly desirable.Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries.Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformations or platform migrations
