Real relationships.Open Territories:Louisville, KY – covering Jefferson County and surrounding areas (Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, and into Southern Indiana as needed)Nashville, TN – covering Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, and surrounding Middle TN communitiesGreater Philadelphia, PA – covering the Main Line, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties (with potential reach into South Jersey)Jacksonville, FL – covering Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, and surrounding Northeast FL countiesWhat You'll DoOwn your territory — build lasting relationships with physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, specialty practices, dental offices, labs, long-term care facilities, and any other healthcare buyer in your marketProspect new accounts and grow existing ones across our full product mix: Med-Surg, Lab, OTC, Pharma, Dental, and EquipmentBe the go-to resource for office managers, purchasing leads, and administrators sourcing supplies and equipmentPresent GPO contract pricing (Vizient, Provista, NuEdge) and position HSS as a trusted long-term partnerPartner with our internal contracts, pricing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentHit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRepresent HSS at regional trade shows and customer eventWhat We're Looking For2+ years of B2B sales experience — medical distribution, healthcare supply, pharma, or dental supply strongly preferredBased in or near one of the four listed markets, with strong knowledge of the local healthcare landscapeExisting relationships in your regional healthcare community a significant plusConfident presenting to physicians, office managers, purchasing decision-makers, and administratorsSelf-starter who manages their own territory like a businessStrong organizational and follow-through skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel within territoryWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Broad product catalog to sell into — OTC, Pharma, Dental, Lab, Med-Surg, and EquipmentBacking of a supportive inside team that actually picks up the phoneReal territory ownership and real growthReady to grow your career with a supply partner that healthcare customers trust?
