Lower School Learning Support
The Lower School Learning Specialist (grades K - 4) reports to the Learning Support Director and works in collaboration with Lower School grade level teachers and Learning Specialists. S/he creates and provides intensive, diagnostic reading remediation for students diagnosed with dyslexia or language-based learning differences. S/he reviews psychoeducational testing reports and writes Learning Profiles to reflect appropriate classroom and assessment accommodations. S/he should be comfortable identifying and recommending services and support for students.
