Working for Maintenance Chef you will always be learning something new. You will be working a 40 hour week plus some overtime when needed. You May see typical equipment such as commercial cold side and hot side appliances, to also include rack systems, walk-in coolers Ice machines, Glycol systems, HVAC and Electrical. You will be given calls based on your skill level. Maintenance Chef offers continuous training. Both in house and manufacturer. You will need to operate apps for invoicing and estimating. We are 90% paperless. Physical Requirements: You MAY be required to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, squat, reach, operate a voltmeter, refrigeration gauges, torches and many other company provided tools. You will take pride in taking care of many government contracts. Including the City and County of Denver, The Federal Center, All military base installations, Many school districts, Chain restaurants, Safeway, 7-11, Murphy's Oil, Elway's, assisted living centers and the list goes on and on. Must have good MVR Responsibilities - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance systems. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment using schematics and tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. - Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on various job sites. - Drive company van to different locations for service calls.
