This role is business‑first—focused on business logic, metrics, KPIs, and decision enablement—while partnering closely with Systems Analysts and Technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.The BPO Business Analyst ensures that what we build solves the right business problems, drives measurable outcomes, and enables field execution, leadership decision‑making, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Problem SolvingTranslate business strategy, operating priorities, and field needs into clear business requirements and use casesDefine business logic, rules, and success criteria for initiatives, tools, and process improvementsPartner with Retail, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and value leversLead impact assessments to ensure solutions align to business priorities and expected ROIMetrics, KPIs & ReportingDefine and own KPIs, success metrics, and performance scorecards tied to business outcomesDesign reporting requirements that enable actionable insights, not just dataPartner with analytics and reporting teams to ensure metrics are accurate, scalable, and decision‑readyMonitor performance post‑launch and recommend course corrections based on resultsBPO & Product PartnershipAct as the business voice in product, BPO, and agile delivery teamsCreate and maintain business requirements documentation, process flows, and acceptance criteriaSupport backlog prioritization by articulating business value and trade‑offsEnsure solutions are adopted by the business and embedded into ways of workingChange Enablement & AdoptionSupport change management by clarifying what is changing, why it matters, and how success is measuredPartner with field leaders and enablement teams to ensure solutions drive behavior changeIdentify gaps between design and execution and recommend improvementsExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar field2–4 years - retail preferred, analytics, power bi, reporting, analysis, scorecardingThe Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
