With 100 acres planted in shade, flowering, and evergreen trees, we are committed to integrity, quality, and customer care as we continue growing our landscaping and nursery services legacy.What You\'ll Do as a Landscape Center Nursery ManagerOversee daily nursery operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.Supervise, train, & motivate staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.Build lasting relationships with contractors and support bulk orders and project needs.Assist customers in selecting trees and shrubs suited to their landscape goals.Provide personalized service and education to homeowners on plant care and maintenance.Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and ensure product quality.Maintain plant health through routine care, irrigation management, and pest control.Operate nursery equipment and assist with deliveries, pickups, and logistics.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized nursery environment.Work full-time Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m., with occasional required travel within a 50-mile radius.Our Ideal Landscape Center Nursery ManagerExperienced: 3+ years of green industry knowledge, nursery operations, or landscape supply.
