Leaders at CGI Federal have full P&L responsibility for a variety of managed U.S. Government IT business processes within an agency. CGI is seeking an individual with demonstrated P&L and growth performance leading a portfolio of $15-20M+ revenue per year, capturing deals with total contract value greater than $50M, and managing program resources for profitable organic growth. Specifically, this role will be responsible for developing future opportunities in software engineering, software development, applications management, cyber, enterprise IT, logistics and mission support services, including research and development activities, within the US Air Force. You will report directly to the Vice President of the Air Force sub-Sector and collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. This position is located in the Washington DC metro area. Job Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining a strategic vision and roadmap for various client programs, aligning with the client's mission, goals, and priorities. - Business Development and Proposal Leadership: Drive strategic planning, management and direction of bid and proposal (B&P) resources, target identification, capture strategies, proposal management, contract award, and customer relations. - Establishing and fostering strong relationships with the client and other key stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, auditors, and regulators. - Providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to the program team, ensuring their professional development and performance improvement. - Evaluating and reporting on the program's outcomes, achievements, and challenges, using data-driven metrics and indicators. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and internal policies, standards, and procedures. Required Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or a similar field. - Active Secret clearance - Experience working with the Air Force. - Proven track record of winning large (>$50M), competitive federal services contracts - ideally within the U.S. Air Force client space. - Demonstrated ability to identify emerging business trends and translate them into strategic recommendations. - Proven P&L ownership experience. - Experience developing and managing high-performing teams. - Prior U.S. Air Force experience as military or civilian member or as a contractor (highly desired). - Knowledge of U.S. Air Force mission landscape, culture, operational norms, organization and buying behaviors (highly desired). - Active and positive relationship network across U.S. Air Force clients oriented toward large business opportunities, contracts and programs (highly desired). Skills & Capabilities- Ability to influence and interact at the highest levels of the company and customer agencies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to inspire confidence and provide business development leadership. - Ability to collaborate, build partnerships, and lead across functions. CompensationCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 - $310,700.00.
