In this role, you will gain expertise in car wash operations through our industry-leading Operations Leadership Program. With the support of seasoned mentors, you will acquire the leadership and customer service skills essential for managing a successful Mister store. After completing the Assistant Manager Track, you'll transition into an Assistant Manager position, with a clear path to advancing to General Manager. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Take charge of leading a team while gradually managing car wash operations. Assist in monitoring wash quality and uphold Mister's high standards. Master all roles within the car wash to effectively train current and new team members. Utilize various software applications including Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, and HR tools. WHAT YOU NEED:2-3 years of experience in business management or documented leadership skills. A proven track record of achieving successful outcomes through ownership and proactivity; attention to detail is essential. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and listening abilities; must adapt to a fast-paced environment. Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule. High energy and willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions. Physical ability to stand, squat, kneel, walk, and remain active for extended hours. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. to waist level, 25 lbs. to chest height, and 15 lbs. overhead. Upon receiving an offer, candidates must successfully complete a background check and driving history review.
