Client of TTI (TAJ Technologies, Inc.)JOB TITLE: Senior Financial AnalystLOCATION: St Paul, MNDURATION OF PROJECT: 3 months or longer with possible extensionsJob Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial operations processes, including forecasting, planning, and financial/business performance.The position develops the annual and quarterly plan, integrating financial data from various systems, and provides strategic insights through analysis and reporting.The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical support through monthly reporting, complex financial modeling, and development of ad hoc Operational and Financial reporting ensuring data integrity of data.This position assists in identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve department performance, and general support of other internal and external users of financial information.The Senior Financial Analyst fosters collaboration across functions to improve financial processes and align financial strategies with departmental and organizational goals.Job Responsibilities:Prepares for and facilitates Monthly Operating Performance Reviews, providing documentation of commentary and actionable insights to reach financial plan.Track and analyze key metric trends, develop and maintain strategic scorecards to provide leadership with actionable insights into organizational performance and progress toward goals.Assists in the development of business cases by delivering financial modeling, in-depth analysis, and strategic insights to guide decision-making and evaluate potential opportunities. Perform complex financial, statistical, productivity, cost analytics, and various financial scenarios to evaluate and maximize ROI. Collaborates with business partners throughout the processto ensure accurate conclusions are drawn from the information.Provides expertise for ad-hoc analysis, delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support organization and department initiatives.Actively plan and manage project progress and communicate status and observed bottlenecks. Monitor operation outcomes relative to expectations and communicate opportunities to enhance outcomes.Provide education & training to business partners on the effective use of financial systems and tools, as well as how to read and interpret financial information and reports.
