This is a strategic role where you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution for the tools that help brokerages run their operations - from agent onboarding and transaction management to commission tracking and compliance workflows.You’ll work closely with brokers and ops leaders to deeply understand their pain points, then translate those insights into a product that delivers measurable value. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted’s competitive total package, which also includes retirement savings, premium health and wellness benefits, lunches in-office, and more.
