Senior Construction Project Manager

We Search people are working with a well-established construction firm, who are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial building projects. This position will play a key role in managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful and timely deliveryWork closely with the preconstruction team during project handover and manage subcontractors throughout the build phase to project completionCoordinate all on-site construction activities and collaborate with internal teams and external partnersMaintain clear and proactive communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsReview and manage contracts, change orders, and payment applicationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building requirementsLead regular project meetings to track progress, identify risks, and address project performanceManage final punch lists and ensure all closeout documentation is completedRequirementsAt least 6 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up developmentsDemonstrated experience overseeing complex builds involving multiple subcontractors and tradesProficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and digital plan review platforms such as Bluebeam (or similar software)Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsA Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferredPlease apply if you are interested and meet these requirements.
