This role supports budgeting, reporting, cost control, inventory accuracy, and compliance. You’ll work closely with plant leadership to provide clear financial insights that improve operations and profitability.What You’ll DoPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements and key performance metricsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activitiesOversee inventory valuation, reconciliations, and controls to improve accuracy and reduce wasteEnsure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controlsDevelop and maintain product costing models and support CAPEX planningProvide financial insights that guide decision‑making and continuous improvementCollaborate with operations, supply chain, and cross‑functional plant teamsAssist with ad hoc analysis, modeling, and financial reportingSupport audits and help maintain a controlled, compliant environmentWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)4–6 years of financial management experience in manufacturingStrong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accountingExperience with ERP system AS400 preferred but not required and advanced ExcelBackground in co‑manufacturing environments (preferred)Skills That Lead To SuccessStrong financial analysis and variance reporting abilitiesExpertise in cost accounting and manufacturing cost allocationSolid understanding of internal controls and complianceAbility to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance teamsExperience managing inventory accuracy and improving processesAbility to collaborate across departments and support plant leadershipAdditional InformationCPA preferredEqual employment opportunity employerAccommodations available for applicants with disabilitiesThe company does not accept unsolicited agency submissionsCompensationBase salary approximately $155,000#INAPR2026
