SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Directorate of NAVFAC OSF.DutiesYou will coordinate the Future Requirements Director and HQ Financial Management (FM), assist in developing, coordinating and delivering Facilities Acquisition Program Management (FAPM) model requests for information and modernization efforts.You will coordinate requirements input from the Business and Support Lines and Program Offices to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all POM products and deliverables.You will ensure guidelines and policies are being followed in the development an submission of all POM related products and deliverables.You will manage the organization's business plan procedure through the development, execution, and monitoring of the Business Operations Plan and associated specific implementation plans.QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Conducting and facilitating business analysis of key business processes and internal/external business programs for a large organizations' Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development; 2) Developing new metrics and reports in support of the organization's strategic plan; 3) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support data driven decision-making and long-range planning; 4) Maintaining database records for organizational programs, to be used in the evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of organization operations; 5) Utilizing automated office suite programs such as Microsoft (Excel, Power Apps, PPT, etc.) PBIS, and ADVANA/Jupiter to develop, coordinate and prepare reports, briefs and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
