At Framo Morat, Inc. we are looking for a motivated Your Tasks Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system SAP, verify order details, issue order confirmations and maintain accurate order status information Create purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and headquarters in Germany and ensure timely product availability Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate shipments, provide tracking information and generate invoices and packing slips Manage the RMA process, prepare repair quotations, create credit notes and maintain accurate return and repair records Monitor customer payments, follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with accounting to resolve payment discrepancies Your Profile Associate degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain management or a related field At least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, inside sales, logistics, accounting support, or a comparable business operations role Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or B2B environment Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP/business systems) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working with international suppliers and / or headquarters located in Germany Interested?
