Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Work closely with business teams, SMEs, and technical partners to understand and document business needsTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentationPerform business process mapping, analysis, and improvementSupport initiatives related to claims, billing, and healthcare platformsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesLead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activitiesCreate and execute test cases using user testing toolsEnsure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standardsSupport data and transaction workflows involving EDICollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; User Acceptance Testing (UAT)experience with Hospitals or Healthcare CompaniesStrong experience in Business Analysis and Project CoordinationHands-on experience with business process mapping and documentationExperience working with claims and billing systemsAbility to work closely with SMEs and business stakeholdersExperience translating business requirements into functional requirementsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworkHands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Familiarity with healthcare platforms and systemsWorking knowledge of EDI transactionsUnderstanding of HIPAA complianceExperience using user testing toolsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
