Responsibilities include performing pressure washing for a variety of surfaces. Must ensure top-quality results, and maintain equipment in excellent working condition. The technician will also communicate effectively with clients, follow safety and operational guidelines, and provide assistance with additional cleaning services like window washing, carpet cleaning, and disinfecting services.QualificationsProficiency in operating and maintaining pressure washing and other cleaning equipmentBasic knowledge of cleaning techniques for surfaces, windows, carpets, and disinfecting servicesStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipmentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning or related fields is a plus
