You’ll work closely with Dental Leadership to innovate, grow, and elevate our mission.As the School & Community Oral Health Program Supervisor, your duties include:Directing the program’s long-term vision and daily operations by developing goals, managing staff assignments, and crafting policies that adapt to the evolving landscape of school-based clinical services.Ensure excellence through data reporting and best-practice implementation while serving as a liaison for public, client, and inter-departmental inquiries.Cultivate and maintain vital relationships with school districts, clinical leadership, and Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to advocate for department interests and manage essential service contracts.Drive strategic planning and cross-departmental initiatives while serving as a primary program representative for media requests, community stakeholders, and dental student rotations.Facilitate continuous quality improvement environment by developing program dashboards, audits, and annual reports to track outcomes and ensure high-standard service delivery.Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor schedules and maximize productivity for "Baby Day" and school-based hygiene services, proactively resolving barriers to patient access and staying ahead of industry trends.Lead the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while fostering professional growth and overseeing staff schedules and time entry.Manage the program budget and expenditures while ensuring financial accuracy through expert knowledge of dental billing codes and the resolution of reimbursement discrepancies.Join us in building a healthier, tooth-ache-free future - one school at a time!Diversity and Inclusion: At Multnomah County, we don't just accept difference; we value it and support it to create a culture of dignity and respect for our employees.
