Physician Assistant / Palliative Medicine / West Virginia / Permanent / Physician Associate Medical Director Hospice

Overview Physician Associate Medical Director Hospice 1099/PRN Hours: Approx 15-20 hours per month Responsibilities: Provide verbal certifications for all new admissions, complete CTI and POC for new admits and recertifications. Physician will provide orders as needed as well as prescribe and sign controlled substances in Enclara as needed. Physician will participate in IDG every other week.
