Backed by an experienced franchise team, we provide a well-structured process that ensures successful operations for each location.Role DescriptionThe Store Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Foxwoods Resort and Casino. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include creating teams schedules, maintaining inventory , addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales goals. Upholding Pokémoto’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and service will be a key focus in managing the store. This is also a tipped position and will go into the weekly and daily tip pool. Weekends are a must for this position due to being in the casino but willing to discus and be flexible on your preferred schedule. QualificationsCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver outstanding guest experiencesStrong Communication skills for effective staff and customer interactionsStore Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operations oversightHaving or willingness to obtain a ServeSafe Manager CertificationStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrevious leadership experience in hospitality or retail is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
