Transactional AttorneyLazega & Johanson LLC is a boutique law firm specializing in the representation of community associations throughout Georgia. We are seeking a transactional associate to add to our community association practice in West Midtown Atlanta. Our transactional associates interact with boards of directors and other industry professionals, providing practical advice to all aspects of the day-to-day business of community associations.  Responsibilities Drafting and amending community association covenants and bylawsGoverning document interpretation and enforcement Negotiating and drafting various service contractsAttending and presiding over membership meetings Developer turnover issues Community association compliance with state and federal law Real estate or corporate law experience is preferred. Candidates should have excellent written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
